How to Find Out If Someone You Know Has Been Arrested or Incarcerated
Usually, finding out if someone was arrested for a DUI the night before will require a call to a law enforcement agency. This could be the local police department that made the arrest, or the county sheriff's office in charge of housing pretrial detainees. Online databases will not have these jail records yet.
